How to Delete Your Account and Data in the App:

Open the MadinatyX mobile application.
Log in to your account and go to your Profile section.
Tap on Settings / Edit Profile.
Scroll down and select Delete Account.
Confirm your selection to proceed with the deletion process.

Alternative Deletion Request Method:
If you are unable to access the app or wish to request data deletion without deleting your entire account, you can send an email to support@madinatyx.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" or "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered phone number and email address.

Data Types Deleted Upon Request:

Profile details (Name, Email, Phone Number, Profile Photo).
Saved addresses and payment methods.
Location history and app preferences.

Data Retention & Exceptions:

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion to comply with legal, regulatory, or tax requirements, or for legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes (e.g., completed financial transaction records or past trip logs required by local regulatory authorities).
